Proper posture is ears over shoulders over hips behind knee caps through the ankle bones.

… What does that mean exactly?  A plumb line dropped from your ears should pass through the middle of your shoulders, behind your ASIS bone, through the femoral socket, behind the knee cap to the ankle bone and front of heel bone. Better. But what does that mean in you?  Posture other than the plumb line can create and exacerbate herniated discs, pinched nerves, poor balance, headaches, vision problems, osteoarthritis, inflammation, muscles strain and compromised lung capacity which acidifies and toxifies your body.  Stand Up.

You can still learn how.
